GAD-7, PHQ-9, and PSS-10 are brief, widely-used screening instruments. They help you notice patterns in how you have been feeling over the last two weeks (or month). A high score is a reason to consider reaching out — not a label, and not a diagnosis.
If you are outside India, contact your local emergency or mental-health helpline. You are not alone.

GAD-7 (generalized anxiety) and PHQ-9 (depression) are in the public domain (Spitzer et al., 2006; Kroenke et al., 2001) and may be used freely.
PSS-10 (perceived stress, Cohen 1988) is free for non-commercial / educational use. Mindwise is strictly non-commercial.
DASS-21 is intentionally excluded: it requires a commercial license. We will not ship instruments we are not licensed to.
Do not use Mindwise for hiring, admission, insurance, or any decision that affects another person's rights. It is for personal reflection only.
